ich kann mich noch gut an unsere gemeinsame Zeit in der Formel 1 und dem Mercdes Junior Team anfangs der 90er erinnern. Wir hatten fantastische Kämpfe auf der Piste, wie z.B. in Imola 97. Es gab jedoch auch manches mal unglückliche Zwischenfälle zwischen uns, soetwas lässt sich aber in 10 Jahren wohl nicht verhindern.

Glaub mir, es ist schwierig loszulassen, aber nichts kann ewig andauern. Du wirst die richtige Entscheidung schon treffen.

Wünsche dir alles Gute auf deinem weiteren Weg

As a fan, it would be nice if we knew the year before. So, that we can all share and rejoice every race, a countdown. I am sure with that knowledge of your final year will boost F1 ten fold. Whatever the decision, it's been great to have witness "the greatest driver in the history of motorsport", a true champion.

Just remember single tyre supplier next year, that has to be a good reason for one last year and if Kimi joins Ferrari, even with his speed, he does not have your intelligence, racecraft,
and most importantly your consistency and committment.

You should stay and face a real challenge. For the past 2 years its just been you and Alonso. Next year it could be a much bigger challenge against Alonso, Kimi, Heikki, Fissi. If you left as world champion after beating all these youngsters then that would be very very impressive.
